Currently I feel I have a great Human Resources Business Partner and an amazing head of my department who truly cares about me as a person. My experiences have been very positive. I'm happy and feel like my work is valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about the individual. Yes we are an organization and there are various teams but I feel I'm valued and appreciated as a single employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with friends. Sure there is work to be done and the level of professionalism is great but I know each of my coworkers and aspects of their personal lives they willingly share with me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaboration with my manager which makes my job so much easier. He is always willing to talk to me and help me navigate difficult situations. I perceived we have similar work ethic and that makes for a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of giving. We are encouraged to make a difference in the lives of others in our communities and in the lives of others in the world. People caring about people and making a difference is my favorite.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The leaders in my organization recognize high achievers and compensate them appropriately. My only recommendation is finding a way to do so for merit increases. I feel like individuals are graded the same way regardless of the way they performed throughout the year.
