I have loved working here and never really had too many complaints. I have had opportunities to grow and increase my knowledge here which I am all for. It has made me want to stick around for the foreseeable future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know I am valued and wanted within in my department. I can feel that from my superiors and those that I work around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate and are close knit! We work together to solve problems and I never feel out of place asking questions and learning from them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Surrounding companies that are supply chain I know are paying their employees more. I think that Nu Skin should do more to counter act those other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have friends here. I love learning new things and the tasks that I am asked to figure out and work through. It makes for a better day
