Encouraging a "positive" workplace, is one thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like them at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have better incentives for better work. Aka, pay employees more instead of ridiculous social programs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nuskin should stop listening to it's shareholdes and start listening to the distributors that are actually out selling the product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay scale is awful. If you move to a new spot in the company, the pay raise should be much higher. Also, the pay raise percentages per year are just terrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance plans are subpar and feels it's assumed you have no medical issues at all when you try to find the best options. The pay raise structure is also not that great.
