We are a great company, but we should get better at keeping our good employees, and the easiest way to do this, is to up the general salary/bonuses. This will both motivate current employees and attract new ones.

They are open and honest, and regularly share useful information with the rest of the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In general, our salary is much lower than the average within our industry, which honestly is a bit demotivating and also disappointing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great team that support each other very well, and we are all experts in different fields of the business, which makes us a great unit.
