Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bands being rolled out for compensation does not appear address the pay disparity for my teams. If we are able to adjust once it has been rolled out based on performance and guidelines then I will be happy. I thought would have been do as part of the roll out.
