normal associations are great, management two above me cares but doesn't have power, above them have power but don't care. HR is trying to create a culture of every virtue instead of focusing on a few key areas. Highly prone to people outside of your immediate circle misunderstanding and judging

What do you like best about the leadership team?
the people two levels above me seem to care, but can't get done what we need. The people above them don't care.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
when co-workers reverse discriminate and the HR manager, who knows you're on leave to take care of your dying father decides to call you up for a 45 min conversation about how you didn't do anything wrong but you still shouldn't post on social media and you think you won't have a job or a dad soon
