I have really enjoyed my time at the company. There has been many opportunities to learn and be able to work in teams.

You can tell that they really care about employees and their well-being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that they really care about the employees and listen to any concerns.

As a whole there is a lot of goodwill and recognition that comes from the leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company invests in their employees and their benefits. Very little increase this year and better benefits.

I really enjoy the fact that perfection is not expected. Mistakes happen and we learn and move on.

The company has many perks that are just not pay. So, there are opportunities to be compensated in many ways.

Employees are encouraged to speak their truth and they are not punished if it isn't the same opinion as their manager.

My team is very driven, and they care about the employees. So, they are quick to solve problems and enhance any experience.
