poorly paid considering the jobs we do and our availability to our leaders, the best thing about the jobs are my colleagues, but not the leadership. it would have needed training in it to be able to lead a team.

better paid, better benefits when it comes to illness of children so that you do not use your holiday when the child is hospitalized
