I find the team to be incredible and amazing. Its the team that carry the success and gives joy, happiness and challenges to each other. I also find the managers to be micromanaging, not educated enough and not be fulfilling. I will rate the team 10/10 and managers 5/10.

They have a good energy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and friendly environment. Everyone are so friendly, smiling, helpful and always open to a chat. I enjoy being a part of NS.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working individually and know I have the best team to help out when needed. The support we give each other. The small calls we have to each other and laughs it gives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not good enough management. Lack of education for both managers and employees. The management style and work load are messy without clear lines. Higher salary or better benefits - extra days off, better compensation for working parents, gift bags with new products so we know what the customers mean.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work close together, have a strong team spirit. My team is always available to help. Always smiling and happy. No questions are stupid and they know things need to be explained a lot. It the team that gives the joy and happiness to go to work and make it enjoyable working from home.
