Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Internally promoted employees have more experience than directly hired employees, but pay less than those who are hired outside and do the same work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that internally promoted employees have more experience, but their salary is lower than that of externally hired employees, and their experience is not much for the same position as we do.
