I love my job and I love interacting with our Distributors.

The leadership team in my office know and listen to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard and do multiple jobs and my increase never meets inflation.

Everyone interacts with each other. There is no animosity. This is a great group of people to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
COVID has been hard for everyone and when the Director give my staff a higher percentage than me, then that hurts. I have been getting under 3% since 2019
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure what I like. Seeing people on a website and never interact with them does not do anything for me. They would se me on the street or at a meeting and walk pass me. So how can I tell you what i like best. Sorry I am more hands on with people. I am disappointed
