What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is very caring. Very family positive. Supportive in case of health or illness, maternity/paternity issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are very nice people. All are trying their best to collaborate and work together. The culture is very supportive of work/life balance. We are a truly global team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Building the brand. Changing the business model to emphasize consumers better. Work on increasing revenue and profit instead of just keeping Sales Leaders happy. Focus on bold and innovative ways to grow the company. Listen to employees on how to build the business. Modernize technology platform.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We seem to be focused on continual budget cutbacks. As a result, I must change plans every quarter to scale back deliverables. These deliverables could improve and increase revenue. However, as a public company, the focus seems on short-term EPS instead of growth through innovation and technology.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I decided to take a pay cut to come to Nu Skin with the opportunity to make it back in the bonus. However, Nu Skin's company performance has not enabled the target bonus payout. And, no matter how hard I work, I can't affect my bonus payout because it is based on factors beyond my control.
