I am satisfied and happy working at Nu Skin, and I like the company's direction and future. I want to continue to be part of its success and to continue to contribute to the best of my ability. However, I want to have a mentor that would guide me and coach me to be a better version of myself.

They listen and appreciate our hard work. They even check on us if we need help.

I like the culture actually that we have, my colleagues are respectful and helpful whenever needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It fosters an environment where everyone feels empowered to share ideas, voice concerns and collaborate freely. It gives and enables its employees to stay motivated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that we have our annual increase, we have benefits that are pro-employee. There are still room for improvement but I feel that they are still exploring what benefits they can offer to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and their commitment to our company's objectives and goals. Having this in place makes us understand and have clarity on the direction and our participation in achieving those goals as an organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is one thing that I love most about Nu Skin, the culture, and the people. They are committed and hardworking yet they are respectful and helpful. They enable and encourage yet make time to have fun which makes work more light.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like and appreciate all the compensation and benefits that we currently have. Although I'm hoping that in the next coming years, we can have a higher HMO coverage and the opportunity to invest in stocks. But what I love most about Nu Skin benefits is the Product Allocation.
