Being a medium size company, it is a great environment for young people looking to learn, in a few years leaves. It does not pay too well and there is a lot of bureaucracy that is growing. It feels Corporate does not trust the Regions and it does not know how to manage without adding more redtape
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is a great company for young professionals, as due to its medium size allows seeing many facets of a function. Salaries are low, hence the turnover. Great teams in EMEA. Difficult interaction with a Corporate office too focused on Americas (= not understanding, nor visiting, other Regions).

Start looking at the Corporation as a truly Global Company, instead as an American Company with offices abroad.

It is not the best package, but it is all right. The best perk is working with the great EMEA Team!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No hidden agendas; EMEA Team Spirit + Can-do attitude Difficult to interact with Corporate that does not understand the complexity of 24 markets.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly cascade/translate Strategic goals in Operational targets. Stop being a US company with operations abroad. Consider the world requirements from inceptions: it will save time and money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are often short of resources, but so far, we have been able to push back on requests when peaks some, or with a little extra effort, we made it! The friendliness and can-do attitude of EMEA team make each of my days!
