Positive experience, but slow decision-making, lacking efficiency. Discouraged open criticism, conformity culture. Unrealistic deadlines unquestioned. Legacy staff hinder progress. Underfunded projects, overworked staff. Attrition due to workload, no career growth. Lack of education investment.

NuSkin Europe offers low to average payment, little to perks that stick out, no education or internal progression program.

I feel undervalued since my personal contributions and efforts are not recognized or rewarded appropriately in relation to the market performance and the scope of responsibility.
