What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the worker bee employees are really great people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Using data to drive decisions. Listening to and having consideration for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My direct manager is great and does the best they can however, has no ability to make change due to leadership. Leadership doesn't listen to my manager either.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership needs to be overhauled. Compensation is below industry average. Perks have been cut. Remote work has been taken away, that is a mistake. Leadership says one thing and does the opposite, there is little trust if any, disregard date. Value your employees and listen to them.
