Love the way we communicate and voice our opinions. Also brainstorm to see if we can do things better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can share what's on our mind and not be judged whether it be big or small. Its ok to have an opinion. Managers are approachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to talk to you and see how you are doing and also enquire how the rest of the team are doing. Checking in to see if we are all ok mentally and physically
