The particular team of which I'm a member has made it the best of my career. The past couple of years have become more stressful and concerning as the direction and overriding philosophy of the company have become less clear.

Varying skill sets provide a stimulating degree of cross-pollination, while we can still cover for each other and provide necessary temporary redundance, when one of us is sick, etc.
