Love the people I work with in my tram and department. However, with the high turnover rate with some other department and projects keep changing, it feels difficult to catch up with. I enjoy the flexibility of working from home which helped me to save some cost of commute during this inflation time

No barriers when communicating online and easy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least having salaries that would somewhat catching up with inflation...or subsidizing cost of commute and lunch (food) if requiring back to office...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems many new and innovative ideas coming every minute and changes happen everyday...normal procudures won't be able to catch ip with creative minds...so maybe improve prototype to cope with the many and speedy changes.
