Nu Skin used to be a great place to work, but now it has changed. Now it's fear driven and money driven instead of people driven. Nu Skin is out of touch with it's employees. Everyone is scared to say what they think. It's poorly run and it ends up costing Nu Skin a lot of money. It's really sad.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the health care and HSA package. The dental is also good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are very poor decisions made that cost the company huge amounts of money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my coworkers got laid off. There have been a huge amount of lay offs in the last 4 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team just seems to care about money and penny pinching. They don't seem to care about people. This is a big change from how Nu Skin used to be. It's very negative and fear based as opposed to what it used to be.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a positive environment instead of everything being fear driven. Everyone is afraid to make a decision and scared to say what they think for fear of repercussions. People who say what they think get laid off. It's a very negative environment. They don't care about people anymore.
