We still get to work from home 2x a week
What are some of the best things about your team?
The co-workers that have been here for as long as I have know how to get things done the right way. The newer co-workers don't seem to know or care about doing the work and try to pawn it off on others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager seems to only focus on results and dollars and doesn't seem to care about her direct reports and their progress and/or compensation. I feel like I am stretched too thin with the amount of work she's given me that I cannot accomplish everything she wants according to her timeline.
