I have absolutely loved working for Nu Skin. It is by far the best company I have worked for. There are members of my management team that don't completely follow the Nu Skin way which can make it tough to feel valued or heard. Layoffs cause constant fear in job security and the future of my job.

I love the work that I do, I think it makes a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love most of my team members, they are positive and love what they do. They make work fun and enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued. I have been given more work that is outside the scope of my job title with no promotion or increase in pay despite my requests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think our CEO sets a very positive tone for the company as a whole. Our culture is great. It would be nice if some of the executive team shared his energy and positivity.
