In my experience, the positive part of the company is that the direction of change we are currently trying globally is quite meaningful. However, it is disappointing that there is a lack of support and compensation compared to the past.

It is difficult to adequately meet the pay level in the local market because the same pay system is applied globally. The salary system needs to be operated flexibly in consideration of the salary level of the local market's peer or competitor.
