My team is comprised of good, friendly people. I enjoy interacting with them and I feel appreciated.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's great to get free products, I'm paid well for my position, and they have always been very generous around the holidays.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company is very dedicated to being a force for good in the world and they show that through many different forms of giving and service. This is also encouraged on an employee level which adds a lot to the culture.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customer frustrations have increased due to things like an extremely high number of unavailable products and outsourcing customer service calls to a company who's phone agents have largely proven incapable and irresponsible. Because of these things it increases overall work stress.
