What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Togetherness and family-oriented, really make works dont feel hard nor boring. Feel secured leaving our family to work extra because i know my company will take care of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, i don't mind doing a lot of works even job that not in my job desc bcause i really enjoy it. Only when i compare my salary in my position with other company, its lower by far. What could make me feel better if my salary at least not far from other company.
