Visibility and Availability. This has been the only company I've worked for, that I feel comfortable approaching any of the executives with questions or concerns.

Their availability. As a mid-level employee I feel comfortable approaching any of the members of our leadership team with questions or concerns and know they will be heard.

They are accessible at all levels. If I need to speak with an executive, I have that opportunity just as easily as speaking with a manager or director. They're also very transparent which is fantastic!
