I love my job, and so many things about it. I do wish we had more flexibility with scheduling, and time off though. I feel like I live at my job, and don't have the ability to go on vacations with my family or friends, and feel pretty isolated from a social life, because I can't get time off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive to everyone and anyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have good benefits, good pay, and a great team to support me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all just friendly happy people, but also there for each other when things are going on. I don't feel like we work in an environment prone to drama or anything, it's just a good positive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't always feel like just another number, or just another employee. I feel like I am of value to the company. And it's the only job I have ever had that makes me feel like I am of value working here.
