There is a synergy that is contagious and a desire to help one another.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based upon my resources I should be receiving 30%-40% more than I receive currently for the same job title.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Working in the office is draining and not effective. collaboration occurs just as effectively outside of the office as much as in the office

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Guide the organization, Establish Best Practices. Notice Organizational Deficiencies Prepare the garden so that the plants can grow. better compensation to keep talent in their seats

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have always been undervalued and given more responsibility with promises of compensation after the change occurs. Then compensation does not pan out as the manager had hoped.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is great she is attentive and helpful and invested in helping me get what I need to be successful. My company CEOs and Executives are providing vision and direction. My Technology President and VPs do not successfully translate vision into lower level vision and direction with best pract.
