Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel like I'm treated fairly, slightly underpaid but also allowed to work in a great atmosphere on my team. If pay doesn't improve in the next year or so inflation will force me to look for other work. I'm already working two jobs to make ends meet for my family.

So far I feel like this is the place I am valued and treated the best. I wish the pay was better but the environment makes up for a little bit of the lack of pay and progression

Finishing a project and doing it well.

I think progression needs to be clearer and the path to promotion accessible.

Simple, easy to get answers to questions and pick the best options for me and my family.

Genuine love for each other, work well and delegate without feeling put down or feeling above each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on a team on tasks while also being able to focus on a task solo if desired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put in the hours and genuinely seem to be trying their best in this disrupted market. I trust them to do what needs to be done!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nu Skin is family! We interact well with each other and the quality of employees is higher than any other place i've worked. The building is amazingly beautiful and a pleasure to be at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other and the success of each other. We have a good chemistry on my team and we have very little drama. I love coming to work everyday and enjoy being around my co workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raise structure is kinda messed up, my manager told me "Only one person can get the biggest raise, everyone has to take their turn on the bottom as we rotate through. If everyone is crushing it we can't reward everyone equally." Basically makes me feel like a rising tide DOES NOT raise all ships
