With my team and my supervisor, fantastic. With the rest of the company (Grov) not worth it at all. Huge expectations, with unfair compensation. The higher ups are all just playing political games and it makes it hard to advance a career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Just fyi... I'm at Grov, so it may be a little different than NuSkin. Some of them are good at projecting excitement and positivity about what we are doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just don't think we are doing all we can to push forward. There isn't enough communication between teams. The engineering team and science team don't have enough collaboration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great- we look out for each other, help each other out, and there is no drama or anything. We all know each other and are open with each other and help each other out when we are having a hard day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing work WAY beyond my job title, and my manager and I have been fighting for me to get a promotion for a long time, but we keep getting blocked by people higher up who don't even understand the job we do on my team. I want to be paid for the additional responsibilities I have picked up.
