People are just generally nice, good people. And it just seems like everyone WANTS to be there. That's not common in companies.

We're all friends and we all step in and help each other out and support each other. We can count on one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am paid well for my position. Utah is notorious for not meeting the national average, but I feel like I am in my position.
