It was good but the last few years it has gone downhill, really since the start of fastspeed. It really isn't defined, or defined in a way that clearly states that its not just about going fast, No one pays attention to the second part of the definition.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my coworkers and accomplishing stuff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are personable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Playing card games durning lunch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendships. There are some good perks, but the culture is changing/changed and not all of its good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better training for managers. I kept asking my boss about getting to the next level and eventually I got a title change but was never given the opportunity to talk about compensation.
