Our culture, teamwork, adaptability and responsiveness to issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In our market, everyone is working together. In corporate, not much.

What makes you most happy at work?

Colleagues and interaction amongst ourselves. Search for more improvements in current processes.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not much issue on the coworkers in the market, it's more of the corporate team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Since we are small market and few employees, everyone in the team helps each other out to achieve goals and resolve issues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The only benefit we receive is the product allowance and that's it! Merit increase does not match with your performance rating.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have been stressed and anxious for the past months. Everyone wants to do achieve things and these changes have impact on our department with no relief. We are not empowered to make decisions. I am not satisfied with corp service, as a customer.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take care of the employees. We are overworked with no relief because of the headcount freeze. No benefits from the company. COMMUNICATION is very poor these days. Everyone is doing their own project trying to achieve it without thinking of impact to the employees.
