I love working at NuSkin. I've felt supported and encouraged from day 1. Upper management makes a point to greet team members by name and the company is constantly striving to be successful for both customers and employees.

My co-workers are very supportive. Everyone is willing to share knowledge and no one is negatively critical.

I appreciate the bonuses, of course, but I also appreciate that there is a focus on health and wellness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When NuSkin says to be customer-focused, the employees are included in that group, not just expendable assets that can easily be replaced.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A common phrase is the "NuSkin Family" and it does feel that family is important. Work/life balance is emphasized and family members are invited to corporate events. My family loves that I work at NuSkin.
