There have been some people that have caused some issues but as a company as a whole, I am very pleased and could see myself working here for my whole career.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been great to work at the company. It has the best culture of caring that I know of. Even when times were tight and I was laid off they did more than the law requires. That is why I came back, for the culture and all the people that care about one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help out and jump in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I link how the engage the entire company employees and hold the Company All Hands.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How the company looks to give back to the community and is involved being a Force For Good.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like how the company has the retire ready program. This shows that they are concerned for us even after we stop working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how they rally and support the people on the team during difficult time in their life. We socialize together outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with and how the company values all of its employees and how they are invested in helping them succeed personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how they are willing to change and listen to the employees. Every employee has a voice. I like how the company is working better cross-0functionally between departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the communicate often and give us status updates, they truly show their appreciation by being the ones that are there when the Turkeys, Pumpkins or other thank yous are given.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love it when I get the unexpected thanks or when I get asked to assist a co-worker with a problem they are dealing with. This gives me a sense of belonging that is important to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When looking at what the typical pay is for the work I do and found it to be 13K below typical and 80K below the top range. This is minor because I understand that we need to see our number to remain higher before salary is adjusted.
