Great people that work hard but understand the work/life balance. The perks are generous and the culture is really good. It's not a perfect work experience, but I can't imagine the grass being any greener somewhere else.

There is a good work life balance with the expectation that we get our work done. Leaders are understanding of personal circumstances.

They have the employees in mind when they make decisions by being as generous as they can with benefits, bonuses, and employee activities.

We work together for the common good. No one blames others or puts others down. There's a culture of productivity without unnecessary pressure or unrealistic expectations.

The leadership team is accessible and they interact and get to know a lot of the employees by name. While making hard business decisions they care about the employees as individuals, not just assets or numbers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The executive leaders create a positive and optimistic environment. The founders have created an ongoing culture of belonging to the Nu Skin family - we look out for each other personally. There's also a strong culture of giving back to the community and world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is flexible to meet your needs. There are also a lot of benefits to choose from besides just health and dental. It's amazing how much Nu Skin pays for health insurance premiums in behalf of employees and the contribution matching to the 401k.
