They have started to get more political which I dis-like immensely. Pushing left leaning agendas that I dis-agree with. I just want to come to work, do good for my customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Digging in and getting stuff done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trying to help with work life balance. Which hasn't happened in the last year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home. This has helped with some relationships with my co-workers. We are collaborating more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a promotion in over 10 years, however, I am viewed as the go to person in the group with the most responsibility.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accountability. Those who don't perform continue to fly under the radar, and those that are performing their feet are held to the fire. There is an attitude of if I don't do it, someone else will. I feel like I have to prod, and babysit multiple groups to make sure it happens.
