More appreciative, guiding and leading instead of just ask you to do work but didnt guide you , assist you, help you. Need to stop acting like a MANAGER, instead NEED to act more like a LEADER!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because no recognition,appreciation, exposure and development. I would feel better about my compensation if am being paid fairly based on the effort i put in also instead of only the result as we know last year is not an easy year but we didnt give in , we still do our best .
