Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) - Nu Skin really wants to make a difference and leave a legacy behind. Its great we can be part of something bigger than us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Often we bench market against similar positions in the market. Direct Selling and the many hats we wear, the flexibility we have to show cannot be compared to a standard position in a country found on Google. Banding can be different in terms of salary.
