My co-workers, when hiring they take much into account the personality, not only the professional skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well my team is very small. I value that we care for each other and I feel I can speak open and honestly to each and everyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would say I am almost there. In my current situation. I just got a really nice merit increase but it is slightly under market level. But I am just glad for the merit increase
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a level of influence on my own workday and I feel to a degree they listen to my advise and suggestions. My manager cares for me personally and we can have a openminded and talk confident. I experience a flat organizational structure which I find as a positive thing.
