the fact that we work in a multinational space with several backgrounds and cultures, which is always great to have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of work we have, and the many markets we take care of, not even talking about all the extra hours we invest in our job, I do believe it's not really fair what we get as compensation/salary for it. If there was space to negotiate our salary for sure we would feel more valued
