What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If the base salary would be up to market standards, we could recruit people with higher social skills, higher IT skills, higher intercommunication skills.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A higher salary would attract more educated workers, which would directly reflect the efficiency in the teamwork. Management are making us quiet down about it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need better IT department and techincal platforms, so we don't have to spend time apologizing on behalf of the company, on a daily basis.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary is way under the market's medium for my position. I invest a lot of time and go beyond expectations in my willingness to help our leaders, but my income does not reflect my responsibilities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More flexibility in work times, less workload (please employ more employees, Nu Skin is not tight on budget so that should not be an issue) or at minimum higher compensation for the work I do (salary).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Fairness and trust. Nobody is pushing on my performance or "watching" me. Even when I was a brand new employee, my opinions and thoughts were taken seriously and noted down. I am immediately a part of the team and seniority is not an issue where new employees would feel bullied or inferior.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary is not a competitive salary in the market I am located in. I invest a lot of time and effort in doing my job exceedingly well but it does not feel worth it. I struggle with the income, which should not be ok for an Account Manager. The income also reflects the quality of work in the team.
