I feel ignored. I've applied to several jobs in the company to contribute more, haven't even got interviews for the last several openings. This is for roles I KNOW I am qualified for and at least deserve an interview, but only receive the same template email weeks later.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need better business knowledge. Excel skills, business writing skills, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to listen to employees better and also think of contingency plans BEFORE issues happen.
