For the most part the experience has been good, but in the last couple of years it has felt uneasy seeing valuable co workers being let go.

completing projects by my goal, for the day, for the week, etc...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
become knowledgeable with the projects they work on instead of shooting from the hip
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not perfect, but I do think they try to make the best decisions for the business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have one, I do wish that our dental plan covered more of the cost, and medical had a lower premiums with a lower deductible, like we used to have many years ago.
