We all care about each other. It's not about a hierarchy or jockeying for the position but sharing knowledge, helping each other, and there are no stupid questions. Stupid questions are encouraged! It's been the first time in a while I consider my coworkers friends beyond work.
Having managers who are warm and supportive. I've had managers who were manipulative or deceptive. I believe empathy is the most important trait for a manager to have and it shows with my high morale at work. Positives reinforcement inspires me to do more and be passionate while doing it.
