Nu Skin way is superb. But in my department I faced the worst experience in my entire career . I experienced high grade bullying, coercion and degrading. The treatment of my line manager was highly humiliating when I joined, in comparison with my previous work places.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am completing 5 years with Nu Skin and confidently saying that I am one of the most humiliated and bullied employees in Nu Skin around a period of 4 years, irrespective of my report to the Management. Before joining Nu Skin, I have worked with Citi Bank, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Philip Morris etc.,

There is no culture to high light.

Hourly rate for the job I am doing.

The only thing is target completion and customer interaction.

I like the way seeking feedback related to the well being of employees.

My work is the lowest level operation. Picking and packing. Doing it with 100% accuracy make me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At present I cannot say specifically. I am the only one in rank and file level . Others are executives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My work place is not having a pleasant or healthy work atmosphere. It is a combination of bullying , coercion and ignorance. The top leadership is doing his best to make workplace more productive and enjoyable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Money is the best motivator in workplace. I am getting a good hourly rate for my nature of work. An additional is the quarterly bonus and monthly staff allotments. Fair enough to compare with other companies in New Zealand.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In my department , there are only 3 staff. The line manager, his daughter and my self. The line manager is a high tech bully. There is no Nu Skin way, but all his and his daughters way. They will back each other and turn everything as per their interest. Employee turn over is high in this dept.
