Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my role has expanded more duties and responsibilities for many years. I did ask to review my package but did not receive clear answer . Given senior work to junior but did not update it on contact and review the package is unfair. Providing competitive package attract and maintain talent.
