Employees: the colleagues are the best. Everyone is easy-going, nice and open to one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better (competitive) salary and market-relatable increases. If we do any other efforts, extra pay, considering the base pay is already too low.
