Flexible hours (good balance between professional and private life) and nice colleagues.

We all get along very well, we are not only colleagues but also friends outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if the compensation reflected the work provided. The salary should increase along with the job changes, more responsibilities, more involvement in projects or extra work should always be compensated. Even if we don't change position as such.
