I like working in this company, I feel that I have learnt a lot and also participated at small level to the success of it.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like working here because it gives me the chance to help people, it is just sad when the technical part is not performing well, we do not have the proper tools to handle the challenge of having frustrated and angry customers on the phone.
What makes you most happy at work?
that my personal work has an added value to the team and company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being so customer focused we have tools that can help us to offer personalized help to our customers, even compensations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we have couple of good things, like going to the gym with discount, but since covid-19 we cannot benefit from it.

everyone is positive and solution oriented Company representatives try to value the people but they do not have the time to do it properly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
that they value my opinion and for being involved in some of them, not only in the part of how can be executed a taken decision
What makes you most happy at work?
To see that my co-workers are happy to come to work an they have all the tools they need to offer an excellent journey to our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would help a much better inflation correction for coming back to work after maternity leave. For good performance opportunity to give salary raise on top of the company merit increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
that we are different BUT most important all agree to the same goal. This makes our collaboration easy, because we can see challenges from dif. angles and come up with solutions fast and effective
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are open, we have built an honest relationship, we work very well as a team, everyone's work is built on their strengths and being different in crisis situations it helps, because everyone can deal with bits of challenge with high performance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they try to invest more time in managing people, but it is sad to see that they cannot really do it, because they always have to manage crisis situations, like Black Friday or other emergencies do to technical errors. Without tools is hard to do the job, but without people is impossible.
